U-Freight, the Asia-based freight services group, has strengthened its operations in Hong Kong with the opening of a further dedicated, fullservice logistics facility. The facility, which will be operated by wholly-owned subsidiary, U-Freight Logistics, is located in Yuen Long, close to the fourth border crossing between Hong Kong and China.

The new facility also has a state-ofthe- art Electrostatic Discharge Protection (ESD) repacking room, which is very useful for U-Freight’s extensive client base within the electronics industry. Within the new facility, U-Freight has installed the latest version of its proprietary Warehouse Operating System (WOS) giving customers total supply chain visibility.

In addition to the three logistics facilities in Hong Kong, U-Freight’s network now extends to multiple facilities across the Special Administrative Region.
