DSV Air & Sea Ltd has concluded an agreement to acquire the activities of its former partner in New Zealand, Leader Container Line International Ltd, also known as JHB International Logistics.

The parties have agreed not to publish the acquisition price. The establishment of DSV Air & Sea in New Zealand expands DSV’s coverage in Oceania and complements the DSV group’s global network.
