Cargo veteran and former chairman of the Singapore Aircargo Agents Association (SAAA), Tio Tiong Wah passed away peacefully on August 9. He was 78 years old. Apart from being chairman, Thio actively served in several functions of the SAAA during his long career, including the position of deputy chairman and honorary treasurer, when he was in charge of air freight of the Singapore operations of Schenker.
