TIMCO Aviation Services and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) have entered into a new joint venture agreement focusing on providing scheduled C checks and heavy maintenance services for operators of narrow body Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft in India and the neighboring region.
