Cargolux firms up order for Boeing’s new freighter
Boeing and Cargolux last week finalized an order of 10 777-8 freighters with options for six additional planes, a deal previously announced at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow. UPS tops up order for Boeing’s 767 freighters
American logistics integrator UPS has placed an order for eight more 767 freighters from Boeing as the integrator looks to modernize its fleet in view of efficiency, sustainability and reliability. The incremental order will increase the carrier’s fleet of 767 freighters to 108, along with 238 Boeing heritage freighters like the 747, 757, 767 and MD-11. Vietjet reaffirms big order for 737 MAX jets
Vietjet and Boeing have successfully reached an agreement to reaffirm the previously announced order for 200 737 MAX aircraft during 2022 Farnborough International AirShow. ANA swaps order of some widebody pax to freighters
ANA Holdings has reached an agreement with Boeing to convert two orders for the Boeing 777-9 aircraft to Boeing 777-8F cargo aircraft at a director board meeting yesterday, 11 July 2022. The Japanese airline said the move reflects its plans to further expand its cargo business by securing large freighters and to replace its fleet with more fuel-efficient aircraft.
