The strong volumes were attributed to unprecedented increase in international import cargo which rose by 134 per cent and China domestic cargo by 216 per cent year-on-year from January to April. In the first 4 months of 2010, PACTL handled 401,332 tonnes of cargo with an increase of 94 per cent over the same period of 2009.PACTL said it was confident the strong volume growth would continue.
