Satair Group has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with FTI – a German company, specialising in aircraft security video systems – covering the Americas and Asia-Pacific, including China. Effective from 1 July 2015, the deal covers FTI’s full line of on-aircraft video based surveillance solutions and upgrade programmes. Th e equipment covers cabin, cockpit, cargo compartment, intrusion detection and ground operation support across Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Bombardier fleets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Satair Group – a Copenhagen/Hamburgbased leading provider of integrated material services in the commercial aerospace aftermarket – will provide aftermarket sales, marketing, distribution and AOG support.

With this agreement, FTI expands its global footprint by starting business in entirely new markets. Currently, FTI is present in Europe and the Middle-East but with this agreement the Satair Group will act as the key enabler to the American and Asia-Pacifi c markets through technical selling and implementation of FTI’s product upgrade programmes.
