Bolloré Logistics and Air France KLM Martinair Cargo (AFKLMP Cargo) have signed an agreement to continue their shared commitment to contribute sustainably to the decarbonisation of air freight transport.

The forwarder’s participation in the airline’s sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) programme started in January 2021 for cargo flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and New York JFK. The new agreement between the two long-standing partners will now cover all routes operated by the Dutch-Franco airline for Bollore Logistics.

Bolloré Logistics said the extended partnership will allow the company to reduce its scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 75 percent throughout the year, by a minimum of 4,400 tonnes of CO2.
