va-Q-tec, a leading provider of thermal packaging solutions for temperature-controlled logistics, is growing and expanding its presence in Singapore.
The company moved into a new, larger location in the west of the city on 3 April. The new location triples its existing capacity and va-Q-tec targets more than 50,000 packaging boxes dispatched from the new site in Singapore.
va-Q-tec’s high-performance thermal packaging solutions ensure temperature stability for up to 10 days without the need for external energy supply. The German company opened its first site in Singapore in 2018. It also serves other key Asian markets like China, India, Japan and Korea.
“Singapore is one of the most important locations for pharmaceutical companies from all over the world in the APAC region,” said Dr. Joachim Kuhn, founder and CEO of va-Q-tec.
“We have already sold and rented thousands of our high-performance thermal transport boxes and containers in the region.”
“Our new and larger location reflects our growth and is also an investment in the future.”
