Crane Worldwide Logistics, a full-service air, ocean, trucking, customs brokerage and logistics company, has hired Terry Unrein as its new vice president of global sales. Unrein will report to Tim Zubradt, Crane Worldwide’s chief sales officer.
Zubradt said: “Terry Unrein is an outstanding addition to our Crane Worldwide Logistics team, as he brings a deep knowledge of the global logistics experience. I know he will work tirelessly to ensure that Crane Worldwide Logistics represents its multi-national clients excellently by providing best in class services and high-touch, high-value, high-service supply chain solutions.”
Unrein comes to Crane Worldwide from SEKO where he served under the same role. Prior to his 2.5 half years at SEKO, he spent 11 years at EGL and CEVA overseeing the growth of sales. During this time, he served as the VP sales in Asia stationed in Singapore with Chad Taylor, now Crane Worldwide’s regional vice president of Asia Pacific, developing business there. Unrein also spent time as the VP sales in eastern North America where he oversaw both field and global sales for the region.
Unrein said: “It’s kind of like coming home again. There are so many people there that I have had the opportunity to work with and so many people that I have had heard nothing but great things about. I’m looking forward to reconnecting and assisting in driving more business into the Asia trade lane for Crane Worldwide.”
Unrein will be stationed at Crane Worldwide’s Los Angeles location. He is a graduate of Colorado State University where he received his B.B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics. After graduating from Colorado State, he played in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers and the San Diego Chargers.
