GSEC Ahmedabad Airport has gone live on Kale’s GALAXY – Airport cargo management solution – GALAXY to automate its Custodian operations and established a seamless digital interface with customs system. It provides features like TSP processing, acceptance, customs messaging and warehouse management for export, import and transhipment cargo.

GSEC Ltd. has opted for Kale Logistics’ Airport Custodian Management system GALAXY for automation of its activities at Ahmedabad Airport. With this selection, GSEC is now poised to move from its in-house developed legacy application to a globally connected webbased cargo management system which will help it better serve its customers and communicate with all its external stakeholders.

With the web-based GALAXY solution, GSEC has completely digitised its custodian/airport terminal operations and the Customs related messaging, which has been the key highlight as they can now send and receive all customs EDI messages. The system provides extensive reports and visibility of operations to the supervisors and management of GSEC.
