The election of Donald Trump as the President of the United States of America shocked a lot of people. But love him or hate him, one can’t ignore some of the memes that surfaced in relation to his hair – a topic that’s been discussed for years now. Needless to say, the fact that he is now president hasn’t stopped meme-generators and skilled Photoshop users from coming up with pure gold (no pun intended). It’s both strange and fascinating, which is probably why people can’t get enough of it. Comb over, hair transplant, toupee or just a faux pas…what’s your verdict?
Apart from his hair, the meme-verse also gets some good material from what he says. Lucky for him, he has the confidence to back up some of the, shall we say “special” statements that he makes. Here’s a pick of our top 5 controversial Trump quotes before his election:

On a completely separate note, fidget spinners… According to Wikipedia, a fidget spinner is “a toy that is marketed as relieving stress.” It consists of a bearing in the centre of a multi-lobbed flat structure made of metal or plastic. Created as a “calming tool,” it is used to help people stay focused or a tool that acts as a release mechanism for nervous energy or psychological stress.
As with most invention, pop culture has adopted the fidget spinner and its being used by everyone. The kids love it and teachers want to banish it back into the dark ages. Interruption or necessity? Let’s see how long the craze lasts.
