Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which currently serves 38 destinations from Bahrain International Airport, has announced that it will run twice weekly services between Kuwait City and the Turkish city of Istanbul, starting from 2 October 2014.
Maher Salman AlMusallam, Gulf Air acting chief executive officer, said, “Gulf Air and the Kuwait market hold longstanding ties since the national carrier’s maiden flight in 1959.”
Gulf Air flights between Kuwait International Airport and Istanbul Atatürk Airport will be operated by A320.
