Scotland has the worst postal service in the UK, according to the Royal Mail’s own fi gures. State-owned postal company PT Pos Indonesia, or Posindo, has expanded online payment service by connecting 2,000 offi ces into the network by the end of this year. India’s Department of Post recently launched a full-fledged domestic freighter service here for the fi rst time by the re-branded Air India.
