Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has reported a slow down in volume growth in the fi rst quarter, primarily a result of softening in demand in the US and other major export markets. Air China has disclosed details of the new cargo airline it plans to operate in partnership with Cathay Pacifi c Airways, which will be based on the existing services of China Cargo Airlineswhich operate out of Beijing.
