Doha’s Hamad International Airport finished 2023 strong in its cargo operations as the airport saw volumes increase to 2,340,711 tonnes, from the 2.3 million tonnes reported a year ago. Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) hosted a ceremony on 13 December in honour of the first arrival of the C919 and ARJ21 built by Chinese aircraft manufacturer Comac.
