Singapore Changi Airport saw muted cargo volumes in March compared to the same period last year, as the Asia Pacific hub recorded 152,000 tonnes. SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) and Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd (CAIC) have signed a joint venture agreement on 30 May to form a line maintenance joint venture in Cambodia.
