Twenty-eight 7.5 metre Cypress trees have arrived in the Uzbekistan capital, Tashkent, onboard one of Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ IL-76TD-90VD freighters. The trees were fl own in from Brno in the Czech Republic for a landscape reconstruction project in Tashkent as part of the city’s preparations to host the 2016 Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit. ABC sees tonnage growth of 17% in first 8 mos
AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC), part of Volga-Dnepr Group and Russia’s largest all-cargo carrier, is heading into the final quarter of 2015 with sustained growth after reporting a 17 per cent year-onyear rise in tonnage for the opening eight months of the year. Satair Group has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with FTI – a German company, specialising in aircraft security video systems – covering the Americas and Asia-Pacific, including China. V-D delivers oil production unit to doorstep
Volga-Dnepr Airlines has delivered an 11-tonne oil and gas pump to the door of a customer in the town of Farab, Turkmenistan. Th e oil production unit was transported from Maastricht Airport in the Netherlands on behalf of the airline’s customer Agility Projects Rotterdam.
