DHL Global Forwarding has moved two giant pandas from Chengdu, China to Ahtari, Finland via climate neutral transportation - the carbon emissions for the flight are offset through a climate protection project. Mark Whitehead, chief executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) will retire on March 7th after nearly eight years at the helm. Whitehead’s place will be taken by Wilson Kwong. Qatar Airways announced its accreditation to the highest level of the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Environmental Assessment programme (IEnvA). First A330-300 P2F enters service
DHL Express has become the first operator to take delivery of the A330-300 Passenger-to- Freighter (P2F) converted aircraft from Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW), the joint venture between ST Aerospace and Airbus.
