Cathay Pacific Cargo sees cargo revenue drop 17% in 1H
Fierce competition, excess capacity and suspended fuel surcharges saw cargo revenue at Cathay Pacific falling 17.2 per cent in the first half to US$1.2 billion. Hong Kong’s Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) has announced it has pioneered Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) ULD Tags for the pre-packed cargo in Hong Kong from 25 July 2016, with the benefit of greater speed and accuracy.
