Vladimir Zubkov to be TIACA’s new secretary general

The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced its new secretary general, will be Vladimir Zubkov, replacing Doug Brittin, who retires at the end of the year. Zubkov has more than 40 years’ experience in the air transport industry, including senior roles with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), and, most recently, as vice president of the Volga-Dnepr Group of Companies. TIACA’s Doug Brittin to step down end of the year

Doug Brittin, secretary general of the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) since 2013, has advised the Board of Directors that he will retire at the end of this year.
