India’s state-run Airports Authority of India (AIA) announced that it will build cargo terminals at 24 airports, subject to feasibility studies. Virgin Atlantic to trial UK pet travel scheme
Virgin Atlantic Cargo is to partner the City of London’s Heathrow Animal Reception Centre (HARC) to trial a pre-check service for pets landing in the UK on the airline’s flights. Lynden Air Cargo flies aid to Vanuatu
Lynden Air Cargo’s L-100 Hercules aircraft is being put to use flying relief supplies to Vanuatu after Tropical Cyclone Pam devastated the South Pacific Islands earlier this month. Communications company Digicel Fiji chartered a Lynden Air Cargo plane from Nadi, Fiji, to the capital city of Port Vila within days of the cyclone.
