CargoAi is pursuing its goal of digitalising air freight through human expertise by completing the lineup of its top management with the appointment of a new head for the customer department.
Magali Beauregard, Lufthansa Cargo’s former commercial head for Asia Pacific is set to join CargoAi as chief customer officer effective February 2021. Prior to working with the German cargo carrier, she spent four years as account manager, global accounts at booking.com
Matthieu Petot, CEO of CargoAi commented, “to head the customer department at CargoAi, we needed someone who had a highly pragmatic vision of customer needs. With the combination of her experience of SAAS platforms and her total understanding of air cargo, Magali fits the bill perfectly.”

CargoAi is looking to respond to skyrocketing demand from freight carriers and forwarders for reliable, user-friendly tools to make purchasing and sales processes more efficient. It recently launched a survey to assess the needs of carriers and forwarders when it comes to the e-booking process.
