ACI Asia-Pacific elects New President and Board of Directors
ACI Asia-Pacific elected its new President and Board of Directors at its regional assembly in Narita, Japan. Mr. Seow Hiang Lee, CEO of Changi Airport Group was elected ACI Asia-Pacific President for a two-year term with immediate effect. Kerrie Mather, president of ACI Asia-Pacific, will retire from her position effective 31 January 2018. According to ACI, in September 2017, Asia-Pacific airports reported growth of +7.3% while the Middle Eastern airports recorded a decline of -0.8% compared to the same period last year. APAC July cargo traffic up 6.8% YoY
ACI Asia-Pacific has reported that worldwide freight volumes continue to show signs of strong recovery with improvements in global trade and commerce.
