Cainiao Network has partnered with Korean company CJ Logistics to streamline and optimize cross-border logistics services between China and South Korea. GEODIS is looking to bolster its contract logistics services in China as the French transport and logistics operator signed a 10-year lease agreement with PRD Group for a 20,000-sqm multi-user facility in Minhang district, Shanghai. Cathay Cargo’s volume up in Feb as flights resume
Cathay Cargo’s tonnage climbed 9 percent in February versus January as flights returned, with demand gradually recovering following the Lunar New Year holidays. The airline carried 103,932 tonnes of cargo in February, an increase of 59.6 percent compared with the same month last year, when Cathay’s capacity was significantly reduced due to stricter aircrew quarantine measures.
