Last week Silk Way West Airlines launched a new weekly Boeing 747F service connecting India to Azerbaijan, which will see Mumbai as the second Indian city in its network. Dachser is expanding its air freight network with a new weekly service connecting Asia Pacific to South America. In June, the transport specialist operated four cargo charter flights with partner Air Canada, connecting Hong Kong to Mexico via Canada. A Boeing 777C preighter was used for the service.
