Singapore Airlines’s low-cost carrier Scoot has named Leslie Thng as its incoming CEO effective 16 June 2022. Dutch cargo sales agent Kales Group has signed a deal on 1 May to sell the space on China-bound international cargo flights operated for Alibaba logistics unit Cainiao. Lufthansa has set its course for growth with the group’s largest investment as the German airline ordered 10 Boeing widebody freighters, including three 777Fs and seven 777-8Fs, valued at around $3.9 billion.
