Qatar Airways signs multimillion SAF deal with Shell
Qatar Airways has signed a deal with Shell to source 3,000 metric tonnes of neat sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Qatar Airways said it is the first carrier in the Middle East and Africa to procure a large SAF amount in Europe beyond government SAF mandates. SIA Engineering to form JV with Cambodian airport
SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) and Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd (CAIC) have signed a joint venture agreement on 30 May to form a line maintenance joint venture in Cambodia. Under the agreement, SIAEC will hold a 51 percent stake in the joint venture with CAIC holding 49 percent. Fraport inks deal to purchase more wind energy
Fraport continues to invest in new sources of renewable energy and has signed a new power purchase agreement (PPA) with Centrica Energy Trading A/S to procure more wind power.
