The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) marked a significant milestone in its vision to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Air Traffic Management (ATM) with the inauguration of the ATM Research Institute (ATMRI) and MITRE Asia Pacific Singapore (MAPS).
