Airfreight movements at Singapore Changi Airport grew 2.1 per cent, with 159,700 tonnes of cargo handled during the month. Aircraft landings and takeoffs decreased by 3.7 per cent to 28,380. For the period of January to October 2014, cargo shipments grew by 0.5% to 1.53 million tonnes while aircraft movements were stable at 283,650 for the same period.
