Here’s the ‘newest’ cargo jet to join Lufthansa’s fleet
EFW recently handed over the third 3rd converted A321P2F to aircraft lessor BBAM, which will be the first passenger-to-cargo conversion of the type to be operated by the Lufthansa Group. EFW’s A320P2F protoype takes maiden flight
Press release (to be edited) Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW), the joint venture by European manufacturer Airbus and Singapore's ST Engineering, has succesfully operated the first flight of the A320 passenger-to-freighter aircraft, otherwise known as the A320P2F. EFW secures launch contract for A321P2F conversion from Vallair
Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW), the joint venture between ST Aerospace and Airbus, announced that it has secured a launch contract from Vallair Solutions Sàrl (Vallair) for its A321 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion solution. The Germany-based aerospace company will convert 10 A321-200 passenger aircraft to a 14-pallet cargo configuration for Vallair. DHL Express has become the first operator to take delivery of the A330-300 Passenger-to- Freighter (P2F) converted aircraft from Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW), the joint venture between ST Aerospace and Airbus.
