ASL Aviation Group has announced that its shareholding in Bangalore-based Quikjet Cargo Airlines through ASL subsidiary Farnair Switzerland AG is to increase to 72.59 per cent. The Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), which is the relevant agency of the Government of India for all Foreign Direct Investments, has approved Farnair’s application to increase its shareholding. Saudia Cargo deploys first 777F to Mumbai
The 7th of May 2014 marks an important date in the Saudia Cargo's freighter operation in Mumbai when its first 777 freighter SV 3969 departed for Jeddah carrying a full complement of cargo to points in Middle East, Africa and Europe.
