Malaysia Airlines Cargo (MASkargo) has introduced a new freighter service from Senai Airport to Narita, Japan. The move is part of its strategy to explore new markets in a bid to fill its planes. Malaysia Airlines Cargo (MASkargo) is pinning its hopes on further discounts to woo freight forwarders to increase their transhipment volumes through MASkargo's Advanced Cargo Centre at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). MASKargo may slash cargo capacity again
Malaysia Airlines (MAS) may slash another 20 per cent of its cargo capacity in the coming months following a cut of 23 per cent year-on-year since the fourth quarter of the 2008 financial year ended 31 December. Malaysia : MASKargo sees revenue rise despite downturn
Malaysia Airlines Cargo (MASkargo) is expecting RM2.8 billion (US$782 million) in revenue this year, up from RM2.75 billion in 2007, despite challenges in the global economy, managing director Shahari Sulaiman said recently.
