MASkargo has transported Canada’s art projects from Montreal to the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) in Kuala Lumpur. MASkargo has successfully transported a pair of giant pandas from China to Kuala Lumpur on 21 May. Fu Wa and Feng Yi were onboard MASkargo’s own A330-200 freighter which recently was repainted with a special livery for the occasion. Forwarders raise concerns over MASKargo fees
Malaysia's Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and Ministry of Transport (MoT) are working with freight industry to resolve issues over Malaysia Airlines Cargo's (MASKargo) raising of its shipping and handling fees. MASkargo sees 16% improvement in yield
Malaysia Airlines has ridden the economic updraft and returned to profitability in the first quarter, with increased cargo volumes and passengers, along with compensation from Airbus over delivery delays of its A380 superjumbos. Southern Air and Malaysia Airlines Cargo (MASkargo) have announced that they have entered into a multi-year, multi-aircraft wet lease agreement. Southern Air initially will provide MASkargo with three Boeing 747 Freighters along with crew, maintenance and insurance. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has instituted proceedings in the Federal Court against Malaysia Airlines and its wholly-owned cargo subsidiary MASkargo.
