Singapore-based Cardinal Aviation Partners (CAP) said it has concluded a deal with AFL Logistics, the logistics subsidiary of the Mumbai-based AFL Group, to launch a domestic cargo airline in India. Called Quickjet, CAP will reportedly hold majority stake in the venture, while AFL Logistics will have a13 percent stake. Th e service could start by December 2008 and will initially use two Boeing 757s.
