China Eastern Airlines is scheduling a shareholders meeting on January 8 to secure approval for the sale of a 24 percent stake to Singapore Airlines and Singapore Government-controlled Temasek. The airline said it will launch a road show to get support for the deal in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore.
