Due to continued growth and expanded focus on OEM business development and engineering, The Nordam Group has promoted three directors to vice presidents.
Terry Gray of Nordam’s Interiors and Structures (INS) division has been promoted to vice president and general manager of INS. Gray, who began his career with Nordam in 2006, most recently held the position of director of engineering and program management at INS. Prior to joining Nordam , Gray was the director of military programs at Vought.
Keith Phillips, who was previously the director of program management at Nordam’s Nacelle/Thrust Reverser Systems (NTR) division, has been appointed to vice president of aftermarket services at NTR. Phillips rejoined the company in 2005 from Garrett Aviation Services where he was vice president of sales and marketing.
Jim Thompson has been named vice president of engineering at the NTR division and previously held the position of director of engineering. Thompson is a certified Six Sigma green belt and held executive-level positions at Garrett Aviation and Goodrich Corporation prior to joining Nordam.
All three executives will continue to report to Steve Pack, senior vice president of OEM Manufacturing.
“Each of these individuals has been instrumental in providing vision and effective leadership within their respective departments. As we continue to grow, their combined extensive experience in engineering and in the aerospace industry falls right in line with Nordam’s businessmodel,” Pack said.
