Malaysia Airlines (MAS) says it will invest more than RMB320 million (US$136.9 million) to purchase a new SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to centralise its data as it strives to streamline operations and maximise business efficiency. By implementing the new ERP system MAS is targeting around RMB120 million in annual savings. The system is designed to manage maintenance, repair and overhaul functions.
