Jettainer, a leading international service partner for outsourced ULD management, is taking over the management and servicing of the airfreight loading devices for KF Aerospace (formerly Kelowna Flightcraft).

Jettainer will provision and manage a fleet of more than 700 ULDs, mostly pallets, for the Canadian carrier. Services include ULD management, steering, positioning, repair and maintenance.

In phase one, KF Aerospace will fly an intercontinental long-haul route between Toronto and Brussels, using a fleet of DC 10–30F, supported by a Canadian network using B727-200 freighters – all using Jettainer loading devices.

Jettainer already services US Airways and American Airlines in the Americas region so far, with further plans to expand in this market.
