Janet Jiang joined Cargolux in Shanghai in 2000 as sales and reservations officer and advanced to sales manager in 2004. In May 2008, she was appointed district manager Shanghai and took over the position of regional manager central and eastern China in December 2014.

Her focus was initially exclusively on Cargolux’s activities and the airline’s station in Shanghai. With the opening of Cargolux’s new hub in Zhengzhou in 2014, Jiang also looked after the airline’s station there. In her new role as regional manager china, Jiang is also responsible for the stations in Beijing and Xiamen, as well as all new developments in China, a market that has rapidly become one of Cargolux’s main areas of growth and expansion.

The airline’s new subsidiary, Cargolux China, currently being established with its Chinese shareholder HNCA, will have its base at Zhengzhou airport.
