Starting Summer 2024, freight forwarders on cargo.one can book capacity on SriLankan Cargo flights, as the airline struck a partnership with the German cargo booking platform.
Chaminda Perera, head of SriLankan Cargo, said the partnership with cargo.one is expected to expedite the airline’s transition into digital sales channels, which has now become a key driver of its growth.
With its latest airline partner, cargo.one is entering South Asia for the first time and will apply its extensive experience of digitalizing the sales functions of over 50 airline partners across the globe.
This Summer, freight forwarders using the air cargo marketplace platform can book capacity, for both general cargo and perishables, across SriLankan Cargo’s entire network including important destinations such as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Chennai, Delhi, Singapore, Shanghai, Canton, Tokyo, Melbourne, and Sydney.
