13th Payload Asia Awards celebrates excellence across air cargo and logistics

The air cargo and logistics community gathered at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore on 19 October 2026 for the 13th Payload Asia Awards, recognising the companies and industry leaders driving excellence, innovation and resilience across the global supply chain.

The awards recognised achievements across 29 categories spanning airlines, airports, ground handlers, general sales and service agents (GSSAs), freight forwarders, logistics providers, technology companies and specialised cargo services.

Opening the evening, Payload Asia Publisher and Awards Chairman Lee Keen Whye highlighted the importance of looking beyond operational metrics to recognise the wider impact of the industry.

“Ultimately, progress is measured not simply by the technologies we adopt, but by the improvements we deliver in safety, service, efficiency and trust,” he said.

This year’s programme introduced the Pharma & Healthcare Logistics Excellence Award, recognising the specialised expertise, precision and collaboration required to transport critical healthcare products safely and reliably across the supply chain.

Industry leaders form judging panel
Entries for the 13th Payload Asia Awards were evaluated by a panel of 13 industry professionals representing aviation, air cargo, logistics, sustainability, communications and supply chain management.

The panel comprised John Peyton Burnett, Managing Director of TAC Index; Raymond Lo, CEO of Menzies CNAC Aviation Services Limited; Ir Dr Paul Tsui, Managing Director of The Janel Group of Hong Kong Ltd; Celine Hourcade, Vice President and Global Head of ESG/Sustainability at SATS Ltd; Junard Cruz, CEO of Island Skies Alliance; Emma Murray, Founder and CEO of Meantime Communications; Prof. Rod Franklin, Emeritus Professor of Logistics Practice at Kuehne Logistics University GmbH; Glyn Hughes, Director General of The International Air Cargo Association; Kendrick Ng, Immediate Past Chairman of LSCMS Shippers’ Council; Brendan Sullivan, Global Head of Cargo at the International Air Transport Association; Brandon Fried, Executive Director of the Airforwarders Association; Fabian Benjamin, CEO of MediaPlus; and Amar More, Co-founder and CEO of Kalé Logistics Solutions.

Their combined expertise across the air cargo and logistics ecosystem supported the evaluation of this year’s awards.

The 13th Payload Asia Awards was supported by Changi Airport Group, Hong Kong International Airport and Samsung Electronics.
