GMG Airlines sees Malaysia as agateway to expand into other internationalmarkets, according to commercialinternational operations directorVirendra Nautiyal.
GMG Airlines currently has five aircraftand plans to add two more nextyear. It will use two MD 82s, each with35.5 cubic metres of cargo capacity forits international routes.
"We are eyeing mid-haul routes.By linking with Kuala Lumpur InternationalAirport, GMG Airlines willhave a platform to extend its servicesto Singapore, the Middle East andAustralia," he said.
The privately owned Bangladeshairline is among five new foreign carriersthat will start flights to the KLInternational Airport this year.
