Jan de Rijk Logistics has announced it has acquired Netherlands-based De Rooy Logistics, a specialist in transport, distribution and value added logistics for the spare parts & automotive industry. The company also assembles for the truck manufacturing industry.
Jan de Rijk said De Rooy Logistics is a strategic fit which allows it to further expand its current services for the automotive industry.
