China’s second largest online retailer JD.com is partnering with Japanese logistics company, Yamato Holdings for quicker, cheaper delivery of products from Japan to China as early as May, according to a report in the Nikkei Asian Review. FedEx to build new cargo terminal at Incheon International Airport
FedEx Express signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) on 30 March to develop a new cargo terminal at ICN. Brazil quashes UPS appeal over FedEx’s TNT takeover
FedEx Corporation has gained approval from Brazil's anti-trust authorities as the Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE) has rejected a third-party appeal filed by United Parcel Service over the takeover. UPS appealed after Brazil unconditionally approved the $4.8 billion deal in February.
