Emirates SkyCargo recently shipped its 35,000th tonne of Cool Chain products through its exclusive freighter hub at Al Maktoum International-Dubai World Central (DWC) which opened earlier this year. Indonesian investigators say a chronically faulty component and the crew’s attempts to fix the problem contributed to the crash of an AirAsia passenger aircraft last year, killing all 162 aboard.
