CEVA Logistics has announced the opening of ‘Pyramid,’ a new 12,000 sq.m warehouse located in the JAFZA South Zone in Dubai. Aramex posts 23% rise in quarterly profit

Global logistics solutions provider, Aramex, announced its financial results for the three months ending 30 September with a net profit of AED 41.7 million for the period, an increase of 23 per cent compared to AED 33.9 million in the corresponding period of 2008. Airline executives expect improved results and a rebound in cargo volumes in the coming year, a "turning point" for a sector closely linked to economic trends, a survey released on Monday showed. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) said confidence had grown markedly among major carriers in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
