Vladimir Zubkov to be TIACA’s new secretary general
The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced its new secretary general, will be Vladimir Zubkov, replacing Doug Brittin, who retires at the end of the year. WCA Ltd has launched the world's first dedicated eCommerce logistics network in response to the changing global economy and a marked shift towards online consumerism. Volga-Dnepr delivers ‘jaw crusher’
An 88-tonne ‘jaw crusher’ used for gold mining has arrived at Russia’s Sokol Airport in Magadan onboard one of Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ An-124-100 freighters. The jaw crusher, which was transported along with other equipment and tooling from Pulkovo Airport in Saint Petersburg, will be used for primary ore crushing during the gold mining process in the Magadan Region. Agility posts solid 3Q results despite revenue decline
Agility has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2016, reporting a net profit of KD15.17 million (US$50 million), an increase of 11 per cent compared to the third quarter of 2015, despite revenues being down 7.0 per cent over the same period to KD312 million. EBITDA stood at KD28.90 million, a 19 per cent increase compared to the same period in 2015.
