A US Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) team concluded its initial audit of air safety in Thailand with three key problem areas identified. ANA to launch new Sydney route
Pending government approval, Japanese airline ANA will launch daily flights between Tokyo Haneda and Sydney from 11 December 2015. All flights will be operated using ANA’s newest aircraft type, the B787-9 Dreamliner. Scoot expands Asian network
Scoot, the Singapore-based longhaul, low-cost division of Singapore Airlines, has added two new Asian cities to its route map: Osaka and Kaohsiung. The carrier started flying to Osaka on 8 July with the B787 Dreamliner service running three times a week with a stop in Bangkok. Philippine air cargo up 9% in Q1
Total air cargo volumes uplifted by all Philippine flagged carriers in the first quarter of 2015 rose 9.4 per cent to 58,900 tonnes from 53,820 tonnes in the same period last year, according to the latest data from the country’s Civil Aeronautics Board.
