Etihad Cargo has launched, from today, twice weekly freighter rotations linking Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Moscow Domodedovo (DME) airports. Abu Dhabi will be the site of a new, major research institution and demonstration project dedicated to sustainable energy solutions. Abu Dhabi cargo traffic up 15%
The trailing 12 month figures (Sept ‘07 to Sept ‘08) showed a solid 34.6 per cent growth and over 8.5 million passengers handled through the airport during that period.
